Mechanism of action:

1. The water in the lower section (lower bowl) is heated until it starts to evaporate.

2. The steam is transferred to the upper container containing the ground coffee.

3. After the coffee is mixed with hot water in the upper container, the coffee returns to the lower container due to vacuum.

4. The result is a rich, pure coffee thanks to a slow, controlled brewing method.
